Our tubular skylights are manufactured in Phoenix, Arizona using US and global parts with the highest standards for quality and functionality. Our highly trained staff assemble and inspect each components before carefully packaging the unit for shipping.
High Impact Acrylic Dome
The Natural Light tubular skylight dome is constructed of high-impact UV stabilized acrylic. It is mounted in a stress absorbing seamless aluminum collar, which equalizes the pressure caused by expansion and contraction due to temperature fluctuations. Many of our competitors attach their dome directly to the flashing – doing so stresses the dome at the contact points and may cause the dome to crack and potentially leak.
Curb or Flat Roof Aluminum Flashing
Our flashings are constructed of 1100 series, commercial pure grade heavy-duty aluminum. For commercial applications, we offer the choice of either a curb mount of flat roof design. The curb mount flashing is machine stamped with welded corners. The flat roof flashing is also machine stamped and is completelty seamlees. Both feature pre-drilled holes for quick installation.
Highly Reflective Light Pipe
Our Miro-Silver® light pipe is one of the best performing in the industry with 98% reflectivity. A comprehensive test has shown that our light pipes outperform other light pipes particularly during early morning and late afternoon when light is needed the most. Most of the competition uses lower grade light pipe, thinner gauge or less reflective. Our light pipe is assembled on-site with three securing methods ensuring a tight, dust free seal. Warehouse and Hard Ceiling Trim Rings
Warehouse / Suspended Ceiling
The warehouse trim ring is contructed of a seamless, spun aluminum. The acrylic diffuser easily snaps into the trim ring to create a streamlined, modern look that blends in with the aluminum light pipe.
Hard / Sheetrock Ceiling
The sheetrock ceiling trim ring is constructed of seamless aluminum and is powdercoated white. The acrylic diffuser easily snaps into the trim ring to create a stylish light fixture.
Prismatic or Soft White Round Diffusers
All our diffusers are constructed of durable acrylic and are available in 2 surfaces: prismatic and soft white. The prismatic diffusers surface features small diamond shaped prisms to help evenly distribute the light without any spotlight effects and is available in a dome or flat profile.
Our soft white diffuser has a smooth surface and is designed to soften the incoming light. It is also available in both the domed and flat profiles. All diffuser types provide a tight seal to minimize heat gain or loss.
